Please note regarding shipping it is the customer’s responsibility in collecting undelivered goods from either the post office or local depot. The usual case is when a customer is not in you will receive a card explaining where to pick up an item. Also shipping time is dependant on how quickly payment is received and cleared.
We will not post any items until payment has fully cleared, e.g. Paypal orders will only be processed once the payment has cleared.
Refunds
If you for some reason are not happy with the product please return it within 7 days and we will provide you with a full refund.
